PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a position indicating device by reducing the size and weight of the device and, accordingly, simplifying the constitution of a control system. CONSTITUTION:An optical indicating device 3 is provided with an X-axis driving device 7 which moves a light beam source 6 in the X-axis direction, mirror 9 which reflects the light beam 4 from the light beam source 6 towards a printed board 1, and rotating shaft driving device 16 which controls the rotational angle of the mirror 9. A controller which calculates the movement of the light beam source 6 in the X-axis direction and the rotational angle of the mirror 9 drives pulse motors 8 and 17 which respectively drive the driving devices 7 and 16 so as to irradiate a component inserting position on the printed board 1 with a spot light 5. |
