PURPOSE:To accurately detect a color without influence of particle size of particle, and to accurately measure mixture of the same color by comparing powders by converting signals of RGB (three prime colors of a light) from a color video camera to digital signals, comparing the colors by numerals, and calculating mixing degree of the powder. CONSTITUTION:R signal 11, G signal 12 and B signal 13 of input analog signals from a color video camera 2 are digitized to digital signals 14, stored in a memory 26, and processed by a processor 4 as data. Color signal data stored in the memory 26 are converted to analog signals by a D/A converter 24 as output signals of an R signal 21, a G signal 22 and a B signal 23, and displayed on a display 5. Then, when powder is imaged by the camera 2, it can be freely decided by using an imaging range, a composition, a focus point or a zooming function, etc., and hence a measuring error due to the size of the particle is eliminated. In the case of mixing the same color powders, a full-scale of a luminance signal is relatively set by a zero-regulator 16 and a gain regulator 17 in response to mixing raw materials thereby to remarkably identify a luminance change of the mixing materials and to measure a mixing degree. |
