PURPOSE:To allow a slave equipment on a calling side to call a slave equipment on a called side while a user does not recognize the receiving state of control data sent by a master equipment, the state of a piece of slave equipment on the called side or the states of a carrier for calling use and a slot. CONSTITUTION:The master equipment is provided with a communication means communicating with the plural pieces of slave equipments and an extension calling means for performing extension calling between the plural pieces of slave equipment. The slave equipment is provided with a master equipment communication means 213 communicating with the master equipment, an inter slave equipment communication means 214 communicating between the pieces of slave equipment, a communication means selection means 215 for selecting the master equipment communication means and a slave equipment communication means and a control data reception means 212 receiving control data sent from the master equipment. In the master and slave equipments, the communication means between the master and slave equipment is automatically switched in accordance with the receiving state of control data and when it is impossible to call another slave equipment through the master equipment, another slave equipment is directly called out through the use of the slave equipment communication means. Furthermore, when the master equipment cannot assign the carrier for communication and the slot, another slave equipment is directly called out through the use of the slave equipment communication means.
