PURPOSE: To obtain a roll film fit for a low-cost mass-produced camera and having superior resolving power and low pressure sensitivity by using a specified emulsion layer unit and a specified film base. CONSTITUTION: This film contains radiation sensitive silver halide emulsion layer units and a film base satisfying the formula 10μm<=(L-SD)/(TU×2)-FBT<=60μm [where FBT is the thickness (μm) of the film base, L is the diameter (μm) of a film roll, SD is the diameter (μm) of the spool of the film roll and TU is the winding frequency of the film of the film roll]. The emulsion layer units include an emulsion layer unit contg. a radiation sensitive emulsion contg. a group of silver halide particles contg. 50mol% chloride based on the amt. of silver and 50% of the projection area of the group is occupied by tabular grain each partitioned by [100] principal face having an adjacent edge ratio of <10 and each having an aspect ratio of 2.
