PURPOSE:To provide a threshold current-type oxygen sensor whose element characteristic and reliability are excellent. CONSTITUTION:A cathode electrode 2 and an anode electrode 3 which are composed of a porous Pt film are formed so as to be faced on both faces of an ion conductor substrate 1, and a dome glass layer 4 is formed so as to cover the cathode electrode 2. A lead part 21 is formed at the cathode electrode 2 so as to be continuous with it, and, in addition, a gas diffusion layers 221 to 224 which are continued to the cathode electrode 2 are formed separately from the lead part 21. |
