PURPOSE:To shorten a restoration time in the service control node by discriminating a fault factor, based on information in a fault information management table part with respect to a fault informed from an arbitrary process part, and instructing to stop and restart the service corresponding to a result of this discrimination. CONSTITUTION:For instance, when a fault is generated in process 21, a fault deciding process 25 is informed of a process number corresponding to the process 21 and a fault factor and the fault deciding process 25 is actuated. The fault deciding process 25 analyzes the fault factor by referring to a fault management table 26, and also, decides a fault factor data corresponding to the process number, and issues an instruction of stop and restrart processings to a managent process 24 by determining a range for performing the restart processing, based on the fault factor and its frequency. As a result, in the management process 24, by this instruction, the restart processing can be executed without stopping all the services to the management process and the processes being under its management, and the service stop time can be shortened. |
