The multiple telephone hygiene article provides protection against transmission of pathogens during telephoning with unnoticeable volume attenuation with flat placement and increase in volume if a hollow space is enclosed between hygiene article and the receiver surface. For the above-mentioned hygiene use, this article combines the functions of an advertising surface, a note sheet and a small folding bag. The hygiene part 1 and the note part 2 can be easily separated from one another due to the existing perforation 3 so that the individual function parts can be used separately.
