The apparatus for filling a volume with a liquid, reactive casting compound includes two supply vessels (1, 1') for receiving in each case one of two liquid starting components (2, 2') of the casting compound, a mixer (8), which is arranged downstream of the two supply vessels (1, 1'), can be connected to the volume to be filled and is for producing the casting compound from metered amounts of the two starting components (2, 2'), means for feeding the two starting components (2, 2') and the casting compound and also metering devices. The metering devices are in each case arranged in the feeding path of one of the starting components (2, 2') between the supply vessel (1, 1') receiving the respective starting component and the mixer (8). In the case of this apparatus, the two supply vessels (1, 1') are in each case of a pressure tight design and are in each case subjected selectively to subatmospheric pressure or pressure gas. In addition, the metering devices arranged in the feeding path of the two starting components (2, 2') have in each case a flow meter (5, 5') and a flow control valve (6, 6').
