A compound represented by general formula [I], a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same as the active ingredient, wherein R represents hydrogen, alkyl, etc.; B represents -CO- or -CH(OH)-; A represents a group of formula [II], etc., wherein R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, R<4> and Y represent each hydrogen, alkyl, etc.; X represents -O-, etc.; and Z<1> and Z<2> represent each hydrogen, or Y, Z<1> and Z<2> are combined together to represent -CH=. The pharmaceutical composition is efficacious in preventing and treating arteriosclerosis, ischemic heart disease, cerebral infarction, and reconstruction after PTCA. |
