PURPOSE:To prevent the long time holding of a telephone set by supervising a calling time, generating an interference for a calling trouble at the time of the excess of a calling limit time and generating forcibly an uncallable condition. CONSTITUTION:In a calling time supervising device 1, a switch 5, which is turned on in response to the off-hooking of a telephone set, is provided, a current is fetched from a current path 3 to a control unit 6 by the on condition of the switch 5 and the control unit 6 starts a control action. Further, in accordance with the timing information from a timer setting unit 7, a switch 8 is on-controlled. By the on action of the switch 8, a calling trouble unit 9 provided in a channel 4 is activated and controlled and the informing of the calling excess time is executed to a caller.
