A vascular catheterism device, characterized for having a needle protecting cover (1), a vascular catheter cannula (2) inserted in the body (7) of the device, having also in its upper portion a wing-like linear/vertical projection and having also in its interior a slanted channel (9), an elastic sealing stopper (11), a guiding puncture needle (3) and its hollow base (4), in its inner part (5) which indicates, visually, the filling with blood for its transparency and a pair of coupling grips on the sides of the hollow base (4).
