CUTTER TOOL

A cutting edge has a steep edge (15) which first cuts into the workpiece. The edge (15) ends after the point (16) from which the cutting edge then extends radially outwardly and rearwardly with respect to the leading portion. Towards the end of the cutting edge the edge goes through a small radius (18) before continuing rearwardly and radially inwards with a straight edge (34) which leads into the arcuate portion of a following valley (14).
