PURPOSE: To prevent back flow of mixed air within an intake pipe and to prevent flow resistance in the direction of an internal combustion engine within the intake pipe in high engine speed from increasing, in the intake pipe provided with a throttle flap as an adjusting member of the internal combustion engine. CONSTITUTION: An intake pipe main body 1 of an intake pipe is provided with a second flow-through opening 6 in the range of a throttle flap 5. The second flow-through opening 6 is disposed as a bypass adjacently to a first flow-through opening 2 and is closed by a second adjusting member 7. The intake pipe main body 1 is constituted of a one-way valve 8 openable toward only the direction of an internal combustion engine with which the second adjusting member is connected.
