PURPOSE:To provide the thermal spraying burner capable of improving a thermal spraying capacity per unit time without increasing a combustion rate. CONSTITUTION:This thermal spraying burner is constituted by concentrically arraying material hole arrays 3 between outer peripheral flame hole rows 5 and inner peripheral flame hole rows 4. These flame hole arrays 4, 5 are so disposed that the jetting directions 8, 9 of the respective flame holes face the central direction of the burner. In addition, the jetting directions 7, 6 of the adjacent material holes of the material hole rows 3 are so arraying as to alternately face the outer peripheral flame hole directions and the inner peripheral flame hole directions. The powder materials jetted from the material holes by the thermal spraying burner 1 mentioned above are brought into collision against the flames formed in the flame hole rows 4, 5, by which the particles of the powder materials are uniformly dispersed in the flames and the heat energy from the flames are efficiently transmitted. The particles of the powder materials are thereby completely melted and the thermal spraying capacity per unit time is improved. |
