PRODUCTION OF WATER REPELLENT COATING FILM

PURPOSE:To provide a novel production method for a water repellent coating film having an excellent repellency and durability. CONSTITUTION:The production method consists of applying an uncured liquid resin having <=0.5% water absorption on a surface of a base body, making a hydrophobic fine particles powder to collide to the surface of the uncured resin so that a part of the hydrophobic particles powder may be embedded, allowing the resin to cure and making the fine particles powder to be adhered and fixed to the resin.
