PURPOSE:To obtain an acidic detergent, capable of preventing a halogen gas from producing, excellent in safety and useful for clothes, kitchens, etc., by adding a specific aromatic compound as a halogen capturing agent thereto. CONSTITUTION:The detergent is obtained by adding an aromatic compound expressed by the formula (R1 is aromatic ring; M1 is O or S; R2 is inorganic or organic residue) such as an alkylphenol or phenol, nitrophenol, phenolsulfonic acid or thiophenol as a halogen capturing agent thereto. Furthermore, one or two or more of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, oxalic acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, glycolic acid, malic acid, succinic acid, gluconic acid, citric acid or tartaric acid as an active component are preferably contained in the detergent. |
