<p>PURPOSE:To regenerate waste agricultural polyvinyl chloride as regenerated polyvinyl chloride so as to produce good quantity regenerated article by a method wherein the sand and mud adhered to the surface of the waster agricultural polyvinyl chloride are removed by cleaning the waste agricultural polyvinyl chloride with solvent at normal temperature without dissolving resin content and then solvent is separated. CONSTITUTION:In a rough separating process 1, a sand, mud and the like are continuously, roughly separated with rotary brushes. In cleaning process 2, roughly separated waster agricultural polyvinyl chloride sheet is introduced to a rotary drum so as to be cleaned by dis solving some part of its surface by showering solvent from above and below the rotary drum. Next, in separating and drying process 3, the cleaned waste agricultural polyvinyl chloride sheet is moved on metal mesh wire belt conveyor as to be dried by being indirectly heated from above and below the conveyor. After that, in grinding process 4, the resultant sheet is ground. The solvent is filtered with the filter in the cleaning process 2 and removed with the metal wire belt conveyor in the separating process 3 for-use. As the solvent, methyl ethyl ketone is employed. By the above-mentioned method, the waste agricultural polyvinyl chloride sheet is turned into good quality regenerated article, resulting in allowing to resolve environmental pollution.</p> |
