PURPOSE:To prevent the color mixture of an ink emitting part, the damage of recording means and the penetration or adhesion of impurities by integrally storing all of the recording means so as to cover ink emitting parts at every recording means when the recording means are detached from a recording apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A cap 8 integrally storing all of recording means 1 so as to cover ink emitting parts 2 at every recording means 1 when a plurality of recording means are detached from a recording to apparatus is arranged. A groove 21 is formed to one of the support members 3,4 of the recording means 1 at a predetermined distance D1 from the end surface X thereof and the recessed parts 22 (a-d) integrally storing the recording means are respectively formed to the cap 8 and protruding parts 23(a-d) are respectively formed to the recessed parts 22 at every predetermined distance D1 from the end surface Y of the cap 8. Therefore, one recording means 1 can be received only in the recessed part 22a having a protruding part 23a at the same distance D1. By this constitution, the color mixture of the ink emitting part or the damage of each of the recording means 1 is prevented. |
