PURPOSE:To provide melt transferring type ink image receiving sheet, which has favorable dot reproducibility and by which high recording density is obtained. CONSTITUTION:The ink image receiving sheet concerned has sheet-like support, ink image receiving layer, which is formed on one side of the support mainly containing resin such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, wax or the like and pigment by the spread of 8g/m<2>, and, when necessary, undercoating layer is arranged between the image receiving layer and the support by the spread of 8g/m<2>. Further, the center line average height of the image receiving layer is 1.5mum or less. The deformability of the surface of the image receiving layer in the term of Print-surf roughness is 3mum or less under the pressing condition of 5kg/cm<2> and 1.5mum or less under the pressing condition of 20kg/cm<2>. |
