<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an optical path controller which can control transmission of an incident light by a flat platelike piece and set an optical path in a desired direction by orienting many flat platelike pieces having magnetism in a predetermined direction and scattering them in a transparent or translucent base layer. CONSTITUTION:An optical path controller 1 comprises a base layer 2, a protective layer 3 arranged as required on this upper layer, and flat platelike pieces 4 mixed in the layer 2. The layers 2, 3 are formed of transparent or translucent plastic member, etc., which can transmit a light. Further, many pieces 4 are scattered in the layer 2, and oriented in a predetermined direction. Incidentally, in the case of using, the controller 1 is arranged on an upper layer of an information display layer 42 of a print 40 through an adhesive layer 43. When the print 40 is seen from a direction A, an information layer 42a of the layer 42 is readable. On the other hand, when the print 40 is seen from a direction B, the layer 42 is concealed with the pieces 4.</p> |
