PURPOSE:To automatically unload a tubularly molded article which is filled in a form consisting of a bottomed tubular outer frame and a center core mounted upright at the central part of the bottom surface of the frame. CONSTITUTION:The unloading device concerned is equipped with a conveying means 14 for conveying a form 1 containing a bottomed tubular molded article, a separation track-marking means 9 for separating a molded article from the outer frame of the from 1 containing the molded article, a center core separating means 10 for separating the center core 2 of the form 1 containing the molded article, a center core extracting means 11 for extracting the center core, an outer frame separating means 12 for separating the molded article from the outer frame of the form 1 containing the molded article and a molded article extracting means 13 for extracting the molded article from the form 1 containing the molded article. Further, by separating the center core 2 of the form 1 containing the molded article and the molded article from each other so as to realize the easily extractable state of the center core 2, the center core 2 is extracted. Similarly, the outer frame of the form 1 containing the molded article and the molded article are separated from each other so as to realize the easily extractable state of the molded article, the molded article is extracted. |
