The device comprises the first and the second on-screen signal generating units (1) and (3) which generate a on-screen signal and a blanking signal by the input of a chip selection signal (CS), a strobe (STB), a clock pulse (CLK), and data (DATA), a first analog switching unit (2) which selects an output siganl of the first on-screen signal generator and a tele-text image signal dependent on the existence of the blanking signal, and a second analog switching unit (4) which, on screen, indicates the output signal of the second on-screen signal generating unit and the image signal of the first analog switching unit by the existence of the blanking signal. |
