LASER FREQUENCY CONTROLLING APPARATUS AND METHOD THE SAME

The apparatus provides a method which stabilizes frequency of continuous oscillation by detecting movement of interometric fringe to compensate output vibration in laser. The apparatus comprises a dual photodiode (9) having data about the fluctuation direction and width of frequency, one photodiode (10) making error signal out of the component of normalized frequency vibration and deciding feedback signal to monitor laser's output changes, a high voltage amplifier (18-A) amplifying feedback signal, a laser device (18) stabilizing laser frequency with amplified feedback signal.
