PURPOSE:To provide a bladder-less vulcanized method in which there is no pressure leakage. CONSTITUTION:Hold-down arms 7A, 7B rotatably connected to a support base 3 and a driving shaft 2 are coupled by a link 9. A hold-down fitting is clamped and bonded to the front end sections of the hold-down arms 7A, 7B. Annular rubber bands are fitted to the front end sections of the hold-down arms 7A, 7B and the hold-down fitting. When the driving shaft 2 is projected, the hold- down arms 7A, 7B are rotated centering around a pivot 8, and the flange sections of the rubber bands are pushed and contacted to the bead section 18a of a green tire under the state, in which the diameters of the annular rubber bands are expanded. |
