<p>PURPOSE:To provide the high speed and low power consumption dynamic circuit. CONSTITUTION:The circuit is provided with a 1st data line 22 connecting to an evaluation circuit 102 and with a 2nd data line 124 connecting to an output circuit. A load capacitance of the 1st data line 122 is made small to reduce a discharge time of the evaluation circuit 102, and a current supply means 106 detecting a potential change in the 1st data line 122 to supply a current and a current mirror circuit 130 using the current supplied by the current supply means 106 as a reference current and whose output terminal connects to the 2nd data line 124. When a current flows from the current supply means 106 to the current mirror circuit 130 due to the level reduction in the 1st data line 122, the 2nd data line 124 is discharged by an output current induced at an output current terminal of the current mirror circuit 130. Through the above constitution, the high speed dynamic circuit is realized.</p> |
