PURPOSE:To provide an electronic component holding equipment which is simple in structure and wherein a holder holds a component holding head by a negative pressure. CONSTITUTION:A suction body 140 of a holder 92 is connected to a power supply, A spline shaft 94 is grounded, and a head path 148 is opened on a suction plane 144 composed of the spline shaft 94, a lower end surface 138, and an underside 142 of the suction body 140 to feed a negative pressure. A blocking surface 186 is composed of a metal circular plate 180 and a disc 178 fixed to the support plate 172 of a component suction head 90. The blocking surface 186 is brought into close contact with the suction plane 144 to block the head path 148 so as to enable the holder to hold the component suction head 90, and a closed circuit is composed of the suction body 140, the circular plate 180, a spring 176, a printed board 166, a spring 174, the disc 178, and the spline shaft 94, and a luminous body 160 emits light towards a suction tube 164. |
