An air cushion sheet (1) is manufactured by pressing a doubled synthetic resin film consisting of an upper film (1a) and a bottom film (1b). An air inlet is attached to the sheet (1), is connected to an air pump (3) and an air inlet tube (4) installed in a rear part of the shoes. A projection (18) of a protect stopper (13) is projected in the outside of the shoes, a flange is fixed in the shoes. The pressure in the air cushion (1) is rised, accordingly air is drained by a air draining hole (9) and a valve(6).
