PURPOSE:To obtain satisfactory light resistance in a dye image formed on an image receiving element for heat transfer by incorporating a specific polymer antioxidant into said element. CONSTITUTION:The polymer having the repeating unit derived from the monomer expressed by the formula Q-A is incorporated into the image receiving element which is brought into the relation of lamination at least at the time of heating transfer with a heat transfer element having a dye transferable by heat or a dye applying material which can release or form the dye transferable by heat on a base. In the formula, Q denotes an ethylenic unsatd. group or group having the ethylenic unsatd. group and A denotes a compd. residue having oxidation preventability. The dye image formed by the heat transfer system is thereby stably preserved under light projection and the generation of the transfer or deposition, etc., of the antioxidant at the time of the heat transfer or during the preservation is obviated. |
