The unit consists of independent air-conditioning module parts (10), containing a chamber (6), located in which is a recuperative exchanger. Located on top of the chamber (6) is the first upper horizontal piping piece (1) and below the chamber (6) is the lower horizontal piping piece (3), whose inner space is connected with in the inner space of the chamber (6). The inner space of the second upper horizontal piping piece (2), located next to the first upper horizontal piping piece (1), is also connected to the inner space of the chamber (6), and by means of one wedge piping piece (5). With the purpose of creating a connected set of pipes from individual first (1) and second upper horizontal piping pieces (2) and lower horizontal piping pieces (3), there are independent air-conditioning module parts (10) arranged very close to one another in one row. By this arrangement it is possible to create a row system or paired system of independent module pieces (10). In the case of a paired arrangement of independent module pieces (10) in one alternative of their ordering, below the wedge piping pieces (5), a further piping space is created (4).<IMAGE>
