<p>PURPOSE:To automatically generate an endless picture from a unit original picture. CONSTITUTION:An operator inputs contour waveforms of a mask, the mask information including amplitudes and periods of the waveforms, information relative to the size of an original picture, the size of a completed picture and the information of a repeating mode. Having these inputs, a picture processing means 1 decides a mask shape based on the information of the mask, the original picture size and the completed picture size and the original picture is trimmed and extracted using the mask. Then, the means 1 divides the picture obtained by the trimming into four pictures A, B, C and D based on the information relative to the repeating mode, rearranges the divided pictures and generates a recutangular picture and this becomes an endless picture.</p> |
