<p>PURPOSE:To shorten a measuring time while keeping measuring accuracy in an infrared analyser sampling the quantity of the reflected light of measuring light with two or more wavelengths of near infrared rays as a voltage signal and smoothing sampled data by a filter to measure the concn. of a specific component. CONSTITUTION:The output voltage PbS 4c is amplified by a preamplifier 310 to be sampled by a sample holding circuit 330 through AGC 320 and converted to digital data by an A/D converter 340. A digital low-pass filter is constituted by the program operational processing due to a CPU 110 and filtering processing is successively applied to the output of the A/D converter 30 at every 0.5sec. The time constant of filtering processing is set to 0.5sec as an initial value, and is multiplied by sq. rt. 2 after the elapse of 16sec from the start of measurement and further multiplied by sq. rt. 2 at every 1sec to be set to a predetermined value.</p> |
