MANUFACTURE OF LAMINATION TYPE PIEZOELECTRIC ELEMENT

PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a low-cost lamination type piezoelectric element in which a piezoelectric body and an inner electrode are laminated without needing precise and complicated process. CONSTITUTION:After an electrode turning to an inner electrode after lamination is formed on a ceramic sheet which is sintered beforehand, a plurality of the ceramic sheets on which electrodes are formed are bonded by using glass. Thus a lamination structure body wherein inner electrodes are arranged in the piezoelectric body is formed.
