OPEN TYPE MODULAR JACK APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To obtain an open type modular jack apparatus which reduces the number of part items required for the assembling work to facilitate the assembling work and which has high reliability of electric connection parts. CONSTITUTION:An existing modular hack 2 is ready-make and provided with a jack main body 30 having a plughole 31 into which a modular plug is inserted. The jack main body 30 is provided with plural contact springs 32 to be connected to a contact of each modular plug and plural pressure-contact terminals 33, which are connected to each contact spring 32 electrically and to which external electric wires can be connected. A tool body 1 consists of a body 10 whose back surface is touched to and fixed on the execution surface and a cover 20 which is joint attachably and detachably to the body 10 so as to cover the front surface of the body 10. The body 10 is provided with a fitting recessed part 15, in which the jack main body 30 is fitted.
