发明名称 NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of flaw detecting tests of a nondestructive testing device which is used for inspecting bent materials to be inspected and to detect abnormal materials in an early stage. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with aerial ultrasonic sensors 16 (16a-16c) which measure the bend of an object 1 to be tested so that the device can have a function which automatically aligns a cylindrical rotating body 3 against the object 1 by using the bend data of the object detected by means of an outside-diameter measuring instrument 17 and another function which automatically performs acoustic velocity correction by means of the sensors 16 while continuous flaw detecting operation is performed. Therefore, the accuracy of flaw detecting test results of this device can be remarkably improved, because the alignment of the object 1 can be performed by means of a mechanism device 4 and acoustic velocity correction can be performed by means of the sensors 16 while continuous flaw detecting operation is performed.
