PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing method of a lamination type piezoelectric element of high reliability wherein an insulating layer of high insulating properties can be formed. CONSTITUTION:Alumina particles 31 are arranged on the outer surface of the end portion of an inner electrode 12 which is exposed on the side surface of a lamination type piezoelectric element by electro-deposition, and epoxy resin 32 is arranged on the alumina particles 31. Then, those are heated and the epoxy resin 32 is buried in the part between the alumina particles 31. An insulating layer is formed by curing the epoxy resin 32. |
