An extensible exercising member (1) is installed between a backboard (2) and an armrest (3). A rotating member (11) for exercising of the upper part of the body is attached to the both lower parts of the seat, and is connected to a driving roller (12a) and a geared roller (12b) transferrable right and left. The driving roller and the geared roller are roatated simultaeneosly, a compressed roller (17) is connected to side of the geared roller. Sevral coil springs are installed between the main body (32) and a working member (34), they can exercise the lower part of the body by the pressure of the coil springs.
