The use-once cutting tip is formed as a single piece by machining a pellet of composite diamond, of the sort consisting of a fine layer of polycrystalline diamond on a tungsten carbide carrier layer. This tip (1) includes a composite cutting face (8) consisting of an active part (5) with a cutting edge (9) made of polycrystalline diamond, and of a carrier body (6) made of tungsten carbide in which intrinsic anti-ejection means (12) are formed. This tip may advantageously be fitted to a cutting-out tool of the milling cutter, bit, shredder etc. sort. <IMAGE>
