PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic material with improved microwave.millimeter wave characteristics by substituting a part of Li0.5Fe2.5O4 with Ti, and further adding PbO. CONSTITUTION:In composition denoted by LixFeyTizO0.5+y+1.5z (where, x+y+z=1), the composition X-Z are in the ranges 0.15<=x<=0.30, 0.55<=y<=0.85, 0<=z<=0.30 is caused to be the main component, and lead oxide denoted by PbO is added to this by 0.01-0.05mol%. Namely, the saturation magnetization 4piMs can be set arbitrarily in the range of 700-3700 gausses by suitably changing x-y in the chemical formula LixFeyTizO0.5+y+1.5z. Therefore, the material having the most suitable value of 4piMs can be selected, and because Curie point Tc is high, the temperature change rate of 4piMs at near room temperature is small, and further, ferromagnetic resonance half-value width DELTAH and dielectric loss tandeltae can be made sufficiently small by the addition of PbO. Thus, a magnetic substance with improved microwave.millimeter wave characteristics can be obtained. |
