<p>PURPOSE:To securely achieve smoke recovery and purify drain by providing a smoke eliminator cylinder between an incinerator outlet smokestack and a forced exhaust fan and a drain purifying apparatus cylinder connected with a drainage of the smoke eliminator cylinder, and filtrating and purifying waste water from the smoke eliminator cylinder in said drain purifying apparatus cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A smoke eliminator cylinder 60 is disposed between an incinerator outlet smokestack and a forced exhaust fan 61, and includes a temperature sensor 62 provided on the upper portion thereof, a solenoid valve 63 which is mounted thereon and which is opened when set temperature or higher is attained, and a spray nozzle 64 for spraying water thereon. The sprayed water is brought into contact with exhaust gas, whereby exhaust gas temperature is lowered owing to vaporization heat. A metal grid cylinder 65 is provided in the smoke eliminator cylinder 60, and non-vaporized water is dropped along the inner and outer surfaces of the metal grid cylinder and is fed from a drain 66 to a drain purifying apparatus cylinder 70. The drain is filtrated in the drain purifying apparatus cylinder through a fine metal grid 71 and a coarse metal grid 72, and makes contact with air injected from a lower air chamber 73 for oxidization. Thus, the drain is purified and discharged.</p> |
