<p>Disclosed is a polyolefin copolymer comprising an olefin hydrocarbon unit and an N-substituted imide unit derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride unit, the polyolefin copolymer being characterized in that : the content of the N-substituted imide unit derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride unit is 0.1 mol% or more and less than 10 mol%; and the N-substituent of the N-substituted imide unit derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride unit is a substituent represented by the following formula (I):
