发明名称 HOT FLOWED-IN REPAIR MATERIAL FOR STEEL MAKING FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten the time before curing strength develops after stop of a boiling phenomenon, to shorten the time before the start of operation and to improve the strength of a constructed body with the hot flowed-in repair material to be packed into the spacing between a converter body and a fresh sleeve at the time of replacing the tap hole sleeve of the converter. CONSTITUTION:Org. or inorg. fibers sized <=3mm are added at 1 to 0.5wt.%, dolomite clinker contg. 15 to 30wt.% CaO of 3 to 1mm coarse grain region at 10 to 30wt.% and light calcined magnesia at 1 to 5wt.% to magnesia clinker. Deaeration holes are formed by addition of the fibers, by which the boiling time is shortened. The strength of the constructed body is intensified by addition of the dolomite clinker and the light calcined magnesia.
