PURPOSE:To mold a molded form having no shrinkage even at a part where larger shrinkage than a normal one easily occurs by providing a layer made of a heat resistant elastic material fixed at least to a surface of a mold of a non-product surface side of the form in a reaction injection mold. CONSTITUTION:A core mold 24 of a reaction injection mold 20 is largely cut in a depth necessary to dispose a heat resistant elastic material 28, and a double-side adhesive film 30 is laminated on a cut part. A wooden pattern of a shape of a cavity 26 is set to a rib of the mold 24, a predetermined amount of reaction liquid mixed with urethane reactive stock solution mixed with foaming agent is fed to a gap between the pattern and the mold 24 of a second mold, a heavy stone is placed on the pattern so as not to allow the pattern to float by foaming pressure, and the liquid is foamed to form a heat resistant elastic material 28. Its thickness is about 5mm, and its surface is formed with a non-formable skin layer. Thus, no shrinkage is observed on a surface of a product of the part using the material 28 of a reaction injection molded form obtained by the mold 20. |
