<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for efficiently obtaining a plastic panel having excellent properties such as weather resistance and mat-proofness, etc. CONSTITUTION:The method for manufacturing a weather-resistant plastic panel comprises the steps of forming an ionizing radiation curable resin layer of mixed resin of weather-resistant resin and ionizing radiation curable resin on one side surface of a plastic film base material, then, laminating a coating plastic film on the curable resin, then emitting an ionizing radioactive ray to cure the curable layer to form a laminated sheet, and then adhering a plastic panel to the base material surface of the obtained laminated sheet. Further, the method comprises the steps of peeling and removing the coating plastic film.</p> |
