发明名称 EXHAUST GAS DENITRATION OF DIESEL ENGINE GENERATOR AND ITS DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve denitration efficiency by controlling feeding of an electric heater and a heating medium amount of a heat exchanger in accordance with a load of a generator and temperature of exhaust gas supplied to a catalytic reactor as well as heating exhaust gas of the diesel engine generator by electric heater and the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas from an engine part 3 in a diesel engine generator 1 is heated by an electric heater 6 driven by its generator part 2 and a heat exchanger 8 with purified exhaust gas from a catalytic reactor 12 as its heating medium. In the meantime, hydrocarbon is mixed in the exhaust gas as a reducing agent and supplied to the catalytic reactor 12, and by oxidation reduction reaction, included nitrogen oxides is reduced. In this case, a load of the generator part 2 is detected by a load detector 20, and simultaneously, temperature of the exhaust gas supplied to the catalytic reactor 12 is detected by a temperature detector 21. Thereafter, in accordance with each of detected results, each of flow rate control valves 14, 18 to respectively regulate feeding to the electric heater 6 and a heating side gas amount to the heat exchanger 8 is respectively controlled by a controller 19.
