PURPOSE:To provide a culture bed coated with apatite hydrate and enabling to culture in vivo cancer cells, etc. CONSTITUTION:A culture bed produced by coating apatite hydrate. For example, the culture bed is produced by coating a substrate such as an easily light- transmitting substrate with the apatite hydrate in a thickness of 0.15-100mum. The easily light-transmitting substrate comprises an organic polymer. The organic polymer is selected from polystyrene, poly alpha-methylstyrene, polymethyl methacrylate, polycarbonate, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyether sulfone, polyaryl sulfone, polysulfone, polymethyl pentene, and polypropylene.
