AQUEOUS CROSS-LINKABLE RESIN COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To obtain an aqueous crosslinkable resin composition capable of providing films excellent in water resistance, adhesion to substrates, smoothness, gloss and resistance to whitening with water. CONSTITUTION:This aqueous crosslinkable resin composition is composed of (A) a carbonyl group-containing aqueous resin dispersion composed of resin particles of a structure having two more layers containing carbonyl group in at least the outermost layer and (B) a hydrazine derivative having at least two hydrazino groups in the molecule. In the carbonyl group-containing resin aqueous dispersion, >=5wt.% outermost layer of the resin particles is solubilized at a lower solubilizing ratio of the inner layer than that of the outermost layer.
