PURPOSE:To prevent an accident by receiving a signal transmitted from a radio through a communication control section from a route controller on the ground side on the on-board side and inhibiting the starting of a rolling stock until a route opening signal is received. CONSTITUTION:When the route controller 5 of a rolling stock is installed on the ground side and a route can be opened on the basis of an operation control data, a point data, etc., a route opening signal is transmitted over a ground relay 6a. The relay 6a transmits the route opening signal by a radio from an antenna 7. When the car in an area controlled by the relay 6a receives the route opening signal by a reception circuit 2a through an antenna 1, the signal is processed 2b, a chain circuit 2c is turned on, the notch lever 4a of a notch circuit 4 is operated and a motor is driven, and the state is displayed 2d. When the route opening signal is required from the rolling stock through a radio terminal equipment 3, a response signal is obtained by the status of another rolling stock in a blocking area at that time. Accordingly, an accident is prevented, thus conducting safety operation. |
