PURPOSE:To increase the throughput per unit volume of main body of an annular liquid chromatography device and to operate the device against various kinds of samples under different separating conditions. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with an outer column 12 coupled with the upper surface of a device substrate 93, upper lid 11 fixed to the upper end of the column 12, and distributing shaft 7 passed through the lid 11. The device is also provided with a rotationally driving shaft 23 which is positioned along the center axis of the column 12, through the substrate 93 and the upper end of which is coupled with the shaft 7, circle bucket 30 which is fixed concentrically to the shaft 23 and rotates together with the shaft 23, and circle divider 31 provided below the bucket 30 so that the shaft 23 can pass through its center. In addition, the device also has inner columns 13, 14, and 15 which are successively arranged concentrically in the column 12 and the lower ends of which are fixed to the substrate 93. The spaces between the column 12 and 13, between columns 13 and 14, and between the columns 14 and 15 are filled up with a solid absorbent. |
