The pump comprises a turbine (4) which can be driven in both directions of rotation (F1, F2) and two tangential outlet passages (8, 9) so as to direct the pumped fluid preferentially towards one or other of these passages depending on the direction of rotation. Each outlet passage (8, 9) is provided with a diaphragm-type non-return valve (16, 17) interacting with an annular seat (14, 15). Each diaphragm (16, 17) is preloaded independently of the other diaphragm, in the direction of its application to the associated seat (14, 15) and it includes a central block (20) which comes into operation for mechanical interaction of the two valves, so that the opening of one valve prevents that of the other valve. Specific application: feeding windscreen washer nozzle devices in motor vehicles. <IMAGE>
