PURPOSE:To provide the drawn picture input and display device which avoids concentration of depression due to an input pen to a specific part of a tablet to prevent the specific part from being damaged. CONSTITUTION:The transparent tablet of a drawing input device 1 is placed on a display device 5, and the coordinate position of an input pen 2 with which this tablet is depressed is detected to input a drawn picture. In this drawn picture input and display device, the frequency with which the display position of an operation menu displayed on the display device 5 is pressed by the input pen 2 is counted, and the display position of the operation menu displayed on the display device 5 is changed when this frequency exceeds a certain value.
